Capehart Scatchard announced that four attorneys from the firm's workers' compensation department were admitted as shareholders: Brian P. Berkoff; Daniel W. Klementowski; Vivian Marmaras; and Nicholas D. Stephens.
All four lawyers focus their practices in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation defense matters.
Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Berkoff externed for the U.S. District Senior Judge Michael M. Baylson of the District Court of Pennsylvania.
