Kang Haggerty, a business litigation boutique with offices in Philadelphia and Marlton, New Jersey, announced that Kyle T. Garabedian was elected to the firm's membership, effective Jan. 1.
Garabedian represents clients in a range of complex and general civil litigation, including contract claims, business torts, professional malpractice, consumer fraud and other commercial disputes. His practice includes prosecuting and defending claims for clients both large and small.
Prior to entering practice, Garabedian served as law clerk to the Judge Frederick J. Schuck of the New Jersey Superior Court, and as an intern for U.S. District Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
