Elected and Appointed

During the Fall 2023 Meeting, the board of regents of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) elected Tucker Arensberg estates and trusts attorney Nora Gieg Chatha to become a fellow.

This esteemed recognition is a testament to her contributions to the practice of law. ACTEC membership is based on professional reputation, expertise in the fields of trusts and estates and on the basis of having made substantial contributions to these fields through lecturing, writing, teaching, and bar activities.
