A federal rulemaking committee heard its final public comments on Tuesday on the details of a first-ever proposed rule in multidistrict litigation.

Tuesday’s hearing, which featured dozens of attorneys, was the third and final to make public comments about the proposed Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16.1. Prior hearings were on Oct. 16 and Jan. 16.
