Post & Schell recently announced that the firm's principals have elected principal and co-chair of the firm's construction practice group, Mason Avrigian Jr., as a member of the firm's board of directors.
For over 30 years, Avrigian has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material producers, and other parties in construction matters and construction litigation in Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also handles general commercial litigation matters and real estate transactions and disputes.
In addition to his active practice, Avrigian also regularly serves as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in various types of commercial and construction matters.
