On Sept. 22, 2017, plaintiff Gale DeLancey, 63, was exiting her driveway in Pittsburgh when the rear of her vehicle struck the passenger's side of a vehicle driven by Joseph O'Malley. DeLancey claimed a head injury with associated problems.
