Duane Morris associate Leah Mintz was recently reappointed co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's appellate courts committee.
She served as co-chair in 2022 and 2023 as well.
At Duane Morris, Mintz focuses on appellate litigation, white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. She has briefed and argued appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, as well as before all three Pennsylvania appellate courts.
