Mrs. Jones and her young son returned home from a shopping trip last Saturday. She pulled into her driveway, opened the garage door, put the SUV in park and they got out to unload their packages, which were in the back of the vehicle. She opened the rear hatch and as she handed a bag to 7-year-old Timmy, the SUV backed up and ran over Timmy and Mrs. Jones. Both were catastrophically injured.
