Capehart Scatchard announced that, effective Feb. 14, workers' department shareholder Ana-Eliza T. Bauersachs is the new chair of the firm's diversity and inclusion committee.
Bauersachs has been a member of the diversity and inclusion committee from its inception and previously chaired the events and education subcommittee. She is replacing Sanmathi Dev, co-chair of the school law department, who founded the diversity and inclusion committee and served as its chair for seven years.
Bauersachs focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation defense matters.
