Nochumson announced that Jared Klein has joined the firm as an of counsel attorney.
Klein has over 20 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on land use and zoning, general real estate, and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Klein honed his skills as an attorney at Blank Rome as well as at Orphanides & Toner, a boutique real estate law firm, both of which are located in Philadelphia.
He is a litigator and has experience litigating disputes between landlords and tenants, disputes between property owners and contractors, to quiet title to real estate, and disputes between unit owners and their condominiums and planned communities.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
