On Feb. 23, 2019, plaintiff Tammy Weinrick, 42, a paramedic, was assisting a patient at Bryn Mawr Extended Care Center in Bryn Mawr. She claimed she slipped on a portion of wet floor, which caused her to twist awkwardly. She claimed left hip injuries.
