Health care and FDA practice shareholder Brad M. Rostolsky, of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, was among the featured faculty at the 30th annual Health Law Institute, presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI).
The program took place in Harrisburg on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Rostolsky co-presented "HIPAA 2024: Enforcement Trends in a Changing Regulatory Landscape." The session reviewed aspects of enforcement activities by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office for Civil Rights concerning responses to ransomware, hacking, and other impermissible attacks on, and misuses, and disclosures of protected health information.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
