Intellectual property attorney Laura Lipschutz has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its intellectual property department.
Lipschutz will be headquartered in the firm's Conshohocken office where she will focus her practice on domestic and international trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters, including developing brand strategies, trademark prosecution and maintenance, licensing, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, Lipschutz was an associate attorney at Cozen O'Connor in Philadelphia.
