On March 30, 2019, plaintiff Kip Dorsch was helping a Pittsburgh Mirror & Glass employee dispose a large commercial glass window in Mount Pleasant. The Pittsburgh Mirror & Glass employee broke the glass with a metal object in order to fit the glass into a dumpster. A piece of the glass struck Dorsch's right arm.
