Lamb McErlane announced that Curtis L. Sebastian has joined its municipal law department.
Sebastian's practice includes a variety of municipal, regulatory, land use and environmental matters. He will assist in advising townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, he was the assistant general counsel for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission. Over the course of his legal career, he was in an environmental regulatory role, with a diverse array of practice areas in water law, environmental regulation, administrative law, bankruptcy, property law and litigation preparation.
