Kaushik will focus his practice in litigation and education law. He has built a career managing clients' exposure in tort claims. He has handled federal and state industrial actions and advised on all aspects of risk management.
Prior to joining King Spry, Kaushik served as an attorney with Barry McTiernan & Moore and prior to that was of counsel with Kiernan Trebach.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
