Keep calm, which is often the hardest thing to do in a crisis. We often know the right thing to do by instinct, but panic can drown out the voice in your head that might otherwise guide you.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
