Archer & Greiner announced that Zara A. Wallace has joined the firm's Philadelphia office as of counsel in the business counseling group.
Wallace brings experience in complex securities and business transactional matters, with an emphasis on structured finance. He represents financial institutions, private equity funds, portfolio companies, startups, and other public and private businesses operating across a range of industries.
His financing background includes an array of transactions, both debt and equity, including public offerings, private placements, institutional lending (on behalf of both lenders and borrowers), venture capital, securities offerings and compliance, tax-exempt municipal bonds, asset securitizations, and sale/leaseback transactions.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
