What were some of the biggest challenges you faced in the past year and how did you overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges in 2023 for some of our large litigation teams was establishing a new-normal following years of almost total remote work. This meant working more closely and collaboratively and most importantly, in person with our teams, to think creatively and proactively in developing litigation strategies. It also presented an opportunity which we took advantage of, to be back in front of live witnesses at depositions and in courtrooms across the country to establish the critically important human element of litigation with our adversaries, witnesses, experts, and the Courts.

Hybrid work has been a major factor for law firms to wrestle with this year. What has your team's approach to the hybrid work environment been and how have you continued to foster a successful environment?
