Hogan Lovells

What were some of the biggest challenges you faced in the past year and how did you overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges for our team has been the high volume of cases that we are juggling, many of which were delayed because of the backlog coming out of the pandemic. As one of the premier law firms in the U.S., we work with our clients to address high-stakes business challenges in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and across the country. Our lawyers understand the nuances of litigating in a variety of state and federal venues, from state court mass torts to sprawling federal multidistrict litigation. Even with the high-profile nature of our work and the backlog of cases, we work in unison as one team fostering an inclusive workplace with communication and collaboration at the forefront.

Hybrid work has been a major factor for law firms to wrestle with this year. What has your team's approach to the hybrid work environment been and how have you continued to foster a successful environment?
