Bringing more than 25 years of experience, Steckel has a reputation for providing legal counsel and representation to public and private employers in an array of matters. Additionally, he will serve in the firm's litigation and trial practice.
A litigator, Steckel has defended clients in jury trials in Pennsylvania's state and federal courts, as well as handled hearings before the State Civil Service Commission and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Commission. He provides counsel on a full range of labor and employment law matters, including: union and labor relations; Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO); wages; FMLA and leave policies; employee policies and manuals; OSHA and safety; employment agreements, non-compete and nondisclosure agreements; and employee discipline and termination.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
