Margolis Edelstein announced the elevation of Elsbeth Koefer to partner in the firm's casualty litigation group.
Koefer joined the firm as an associate in 2022. She has a career defending insured and self-insured entities in a wide array of litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, dram shop, motor vehicle liability, and medical professional liability. Her understanding of these complex areas has earned her a reputation for excellence and unwavering commitment to her clients.
Koefer's journey in law began with her academic achievements. During her time in law school, she served as a teaching assistant for first-year students in the Legal Research and Writing program.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
