Barley Snyder announced that attorney Kyle M. Kelly has joined the firm in its Lancaster office.
Kelly brings a range of knowledge and experience to the firm's Business Practice Group. He has ample experience assisting both individual companies and private equity clients with domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions, and disposition of assets. Kelly is also well-versed in advising clients with corporate governance matters and commercial contracting matters.
Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Kelly worked at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby in Pittsburgh, where he managed middle market mergers and acquisitions for private equity clients under a platform and add-on structure, as well as individual strategic acquisitions for corporate clients. He also worked as a judicial intern for the North Carolina Court of Appeals and as a financial analyst/contracts negotiator for Lockheed Martin.
