The law firm Gawthrop Greenwood announced that real estate and business attorney Michael Naseef joined the firm as a partner effective June 1.
With more than 24 years of experience practicing in real estate and business law, Naseef has represented developers, builders and investors in residential and commercial land development and zoning related matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and transfer of real estate. He has conducted more than 1,000 commercial and residential closings and supported the legal needs of numerous community associations and HOAs.
He will be a valuable addition to Gawthrop Greenwood's expanding community association law department and its transition practice, working with the boards of directors for community associations as they assume leadership from builder-developers and grapple with financial and governing issues that require complex community documentation.
