United States Steel, a Pittsburgh-based steel producer, was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on June 21 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County. The complaint, brought by Conboy Law and Winebrake & Santillo, claims that the defendant does not pay utility technicians and other employees for time spent walking to the locker room and assigned work areas and putting on personal protective equipment. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is GD-24-006878, Nadalin v. United States Steel.
