Murphy for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania sustained a copyright claim against Louis Vuitton USA, concluding that the independent designer, Paula Hian, who owns Paula Hian Creations, sufficiently alleged that Louis Vuitton's design pattern was similar to her "Plaque D'egout" pattern.
