Barley Snyder announced that attorney Rebecca M. Shanaman has recently joined the firm in its York office.
She brings experience to Barley Snyder in the areas of real estate and business.
In her real estate practice, Shanaman represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She is versed in negotiating and drafting leases and navigating complex leasing matters. She also assists real estate developers in all stages of development. In addition, Shanaman helps bar and restaurant owners with the purchase, sale, and transfer of liquor licenses. In her business practice, she represents small to midsize businesses, often serving in an outside general counsel capacity.
