Erie Insurance was slapped with an insurance coverage lawsuit on Aug. 12 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit, centered on claims of water damage, was filed by Wheeler, DiUlio & Barnabei on behalf of Krysta Smith and Ryan Smith. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 240801512, Smith Etal Vs Erie Insurance Company.
