She previously worked at Gawthrop Greenwood. Nehra brings knowledge and a commitment to client service, focusing in trust and estate litigation, including disputes involving estates, trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, and other fiduciary matters.
Nehra's practice will concentrate on all forms of estate and trust disputes, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, surcharge and removal actions, guardianships, and interpretation issues. She is also regularly appointed by the Chester County Orphans' Court to represent individuals in the adult guardianship process.
