Litigation stemming from the 2020 General Election was unlike any other the state had seen before. Not only was Pennsylvania at the epicenter of one of the most hotly contested presidential races in American history, it was also the first cycle in which the courts were working out the ramifications of a sweeping election law that had been enacted only the year before.
