An attorney for Pennsylvania's Judicial Conduct Board urged the state's Court of Judicial Discipline to enact "swift and severe punishment" against a Philadelphia judge for his politically charged social media posts.

JCB deputy chief counsel James Kleman Jr. asserted at a Wednesday sanctions hearing that Judge Mark Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas not only posted inappropriately political content to his Facebook page, but also doubled down on his posting after the Court of Judicial Discipline found his behavior to have violated conduct rules.
