Former Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath partner Kenneth Murphy, known for his representation of Johnson & Johnson in products liability cases, is returning to Big Law as of counsel with DLA Piper in Philadelphia after a brief stay at Tucker Law Group.
Murphy spent 15 years at Faegre Drinker and its predecessor Drinker Biddle & Reath as a partner before retiring and moving to Tucker Law Group in 2022 as counsel, a move in which he left behind his book of business and began to service institutional clients and onboard new ones at the small Philadelphia firm.
