A federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a products liability lawsuit against Panera Bread Co.'s caffeinated Charged Lemonade Monday, citing a resolution between the parties days before the case was set to be tried.

In Monday's order, U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissed the suit with prejudice, noting that the wrongful-death dispute between the family of a Philadelphia woman who died after consuming the beverage and Panera Bread had been resolved.
