A Philadelphia developer sued a disbarred attorney along with Blank Rome and Nochumson PC, two previous employers, for malpractice in Pennsylvania state court Wednesday, alleging the attorney allegedly failed to work on matters and misled clients on the status of those cases by submitting forged documents.
James De Berardine alleged in a complaint filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas that Jared N. Klein "deceived, misguided and betrayed his clients" over the course of five years, specifically by forging court documents including settlement documents, court orders, and judicial signatures.
