Kleinbard announced that Gregory McIntosh has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation practice and Gary Kan has joined as an associate in the business and finance practice.
McIntosh is a former Supreme Court of Pennsylvania law clerk and focuses his practice on various litigation proceedings, including appellate litigation, litigation involving governmental entities and officials, and State and Federal Constitutional matters.
Kan joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, sale of businesses to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and general corporate governance.
