Dilworth Paxson has opened up an office in Erie, Pennsylvania, taking over the preexisting office of a long-established corporate and municipal finance attorney in the Northwest Pennsylvania city.
Roger Richards has served as president of his own law firm Richards & Associates for the past 44 years, servicing clients across the state. He attributed the move to both his close relationship with Dilworth Paxson chairman Lawrence McMichael as well as his need to have a succession plan in place for his solo practice.
