This fall, Pennsylvania will be the focus of the nation, as the Keystone State is poised, once again, to play a pivotal role in deciding the race for president of the United States.
President Joe Biden narrowly carried the state in 2020, with a less-than 82,000 vote—or 1.2 percentage point—margin over then-incumbent President Donald Trump. This year, polls show Trump and the Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, locked in a tight race for this all-important battleground state and its 19 electoral votes, and the race between Sen. Bob Casey and Republican challenger Dave McCormick, together with Pennsylvania's key congressional races, could help tip the scales in a fierce fight for control of Congress.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
