Labor, employment, workers' compensation and family law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson announced that attorney Eric S. Borjeson has joined the firm's workers' compensation practice group.
Certified as an expert in workers' compensation by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Borjeson understands the intricate nuances of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation law. He has focused his practice on workers' compensation law for more than 30 years, giving his injured clients the advantage of deep knowledge of the state system and its decision makers.
He understands the motivations and strategies employed by Pennsylvania employers and their insurance companies, after having begun his career on the employer side of the system. He soon shifted to the claimants' side of the process, and this experience on both sides of workers' compensation matters has equipped him to anticipate opposing counsel's tactics.
