A Philadelphia judge has declined to halt the daily giveaways of $1 million run by Elon Musk's political action committee, America PAC.
Judge Angelo Foglietta of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas entered an order late Monday afternoon denying District Attorney Larry Krasner's emergency petition for an injunction to halt the program, in which America PAC has offered the daily opportunity to win $1 million to registered swing-state voters who sign on to the PAC's political petition.
