A federal judge in Pennsylvania sided with the plaintiff in a slip-and-fall suit against Kalahari Indoor Waterpark this week, allowing the negligence suit to move forward.

In a Thursday decision, U.S. District Judge Julia K. Munley of the Middle District of Pennsylvania denied the defendants' attempts to dismiss Imran Ahmed's negligence suit against the indoor waterpark after he claimed he slipped and fell on a set of stairs that were allegedly covered with mold and algae. The court concluded Ahmed sufficiently established a claim for negligence at the motion to dismiss stage.
