Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young on Monday announced the hiring of former Perkins Coie partner Richard Peterson in Chicago to bolster the firm's investment management and tax capabilities.
Peterson, a partner in Stradley Ronon's investment management and corporate tax practice, is expected to focus on sophisticated tax matters involving regulated investment companies, investment funds and corporate transactions.
