Philadelphia Bar Association Executive Director Harvey L. Hurdle Jr. has announced his retirement effective June 2025 after half a decade in the role.
Hurdle, who became executive director in 2019, oversaw numerous projects including the launch of the association's institutional membership program and the relaunching of its partnership program. According to Hurdle, his retirement stems from his desire to spend more time with his family, including caring for his mother and traveling with his son following his high school graduation.
