Pennsylvania's three federal district courts have reached a full complement following a flurry of confirmations that took place in recent days.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Senate confirmed Keli Neary to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Neary, an executive deputy Pennsylvania attorney general in the office's civil law division, was confirmed on a 49-48 vote. Neary's confirmation vote came one week after both Catherine Henry and Gail A. Weilheimer were confirmed to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
