JM Lapp Plumbing and Heating LLC and Donald Beiler, who were hit with the multimillion-dollar verdict earlier this month, argued in a post-trial motion filed Monday that the court’s use of a supposedly improper verdict slip was one of a number of errors warranting a new trial in the case.
