Messa & Associates announced that its team is growing with the addition of Chelsea E. Tyner.
Tyner, a second-generation attorney, received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. She began her undergraduate coursework at Howard University, later transferring to Stockton University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She has always felt a responsibility to serve her local community in South Jersey, Washington, D.C., and now Philadelphia through community outreach and volunteering with local churches.
