Although Pennsylvania firms may not be reporting the huge surge in revenue that top-tier Big Law saw during 2024, results from our annual Managing Partner Survey show that, in the aggregate, law firms in the Keystone State had a steady year for their bottom lines, thanks to slowing cost pressures, largely stable revenues and an increase in layoffs.

However, firm leaders remain optimistic about 2025, with many firms saying they expect strong growth—and no layoffs—in the coming year. For this year's survey, 25 firm leaders responded, with most haling from firms with 50 or fewer attorneys, although we received responses from leaders of firms of all sizes.
