Samuel M. Lehrer, a retired Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas judge, died Dec. 25 at the age of 95.
He served on the Municipal Court of Philadelphia from 1974 to 1980 and on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 1980 to 1999.
