Barley Snyder has announced leadership changes to its business and employment practice groups effective Jan. 1.
Partner Daniel T. Desmond has been named chair of the firm’s business practice group, replacing Jeremy D. Frey. Desmond served as vice chair of the group in 2024. With more than a decade of experience, Desmond is a business, finance and municipal attorney well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, general business law, corporate governance and other types of complex business and finance transactions.
