Complex litigation and insurance defense firm Margolis Edelstein has appointed its second-ever managing partner, assigning labor and employment specialist Christopher Tinari to work alongside longtime managing partner Michael McKenna.
In an interview, McKenna, who has served as sole managing partner for 30 years, framed the decision to co-manage the firm with Tinari as rooted in ensuring a smooth leadership transition; however, McKenna added that he had no immediate plans to retire.
