Birmingham brings 25 years of litigation experience to the firm and is handling civil and commercial litigation including automobile accidents, slip and falls, premises liability and general liability matters. He previously served as trial attorney for the in-house counsel of a national property casualty insurance company, and more recently, as a senior associate at Palmer and Barr, where he handled trial work on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
